Print From Your 3D Files
Have a finished 3D model already? Send your STL or STEP file, choose a color and material, and I will print it on one of my Bambu Lab printers. I will do a quick check for thin walls or weak spots before running the job.
Parts I Have Designed for You
If we have worked together on a 3D design, I can handle the printing too. Once the model is ready, I will dial in settings for strength, fit, and finish, then print test pieces or full sets so you do not have to worry about the technical side.
Test Fits, Prototypes, and Small Batches
Need to test a design, try a few variations, or print a small batch? I can run short production runs, tweak the design between prints if needed, and keep notes so you can reorder later.
The Printer Fleet
All printers are modern Bambu Lab machines with AMS for multi-filament printing:
- Bambu Lab H2D - largest build volume, 350 x 320mm, with dual nozzles for true simultaneous multi-material printing
- Bambu Lab X1 Carbon - high-speed precision printing
- Bambu Lab A1 - reliable all-rounder
- Bambu Lab A1 Mini x 2 - fast turnaround for smaller parts
Multi-Color & Multi-Material Printing
Every printer supports AMS, which automatically swaps between up to four filaments mid-print. This is great for color logos, labels, or multi-color parts. The H2D goes further with dual nozzles for true simultaneous multi-material printing, ideal for functional two-material parts or complex color work.
Materials
- PLA - standard, great for most parts
- PETG - stronger, slightly flexible, good for functional parts
- ABS - heat and impact resistant
- TPU - flexible, rubber-like
- Other materials on request
Good Projects for 3D Printing
- Replacement clips, tabs, brackets, and covers
- Custom knobs, buttons, and small control pieces
- Small enclosures, mounts, and sensor housings
- Organizers, trays, and holders for tools or parts
- Simple mechanical linkages, hinges, and adapters
- Props or cosmetic pieces
- Test pieces to check size, fit, or ergonomics before committing to a final material
What You Can Send to Get Started
- 3D files in STL, STEP, or OBJ format
- Notes on how the part will be used, such as strength, heat, or outdoor use
- Approximate size, quantity, and any parts it must fit with
- Preferred color, or a photo if you want me to match another part
- Photos of the original part or where it installs, if you have them
- A link to a model you found online, so I can check if it is printable as-is
- If you do not have a file yet, a sketch or photos so we can start with 3D design
Once we lock in the material, color, and quantity, I handle the printing, cleanup, and quality checks so your parts arrive ready to use.
